Fear Is the Only Thing to Fear

Become fearless. Do not become a part of the crowd — the sheep. Become a tiger. Let your inner tiger, your inner knowing, your silence roar so loudly that you are truly heard.

We were born free, and life itself is a journey toward becoming aware of that inner freedom. Become like a child filled with wonder, as Socrates spoke of — open, curious, and alive to the mystery of existence.

Imagine waking up with no fears, no thoughts about how the day must unfold, no worries about what might or might not happen. Imagine simply being an energy of light, ready to co-create with the universe.

So present in each moment that you recognize every breath as a gift, bowing to existence in gratitude.

Let go of the guilt, the shame, the secrets, and dive deep into your inner being. Know that you are not a title, not a label, not even your past experiences. When you realize this, you transcend fear.

You dissolve into infinite consciousness and begin to live as pure energy — a frequency, as you were always meant to be.

The mind keeps us busy with patterns, expectations, and protective habits that no longer serve us. So ask yourself:

Who would you be without your fears? What experiences would you create within that would then be mirrored in this cosmic dance?

How would your heart chakra beat if it were completely free?

Allow yourself to face fear directly. For there is truly nothing to fear but fear itself.

Since birth, humanity has often been conditioned to live in fear. When people are fearful, they are easier to control and manipulate. This pattern has existed for centuries on this planet.

But now it is time to break free — from both imposed chains and the chains we have placed upon ourselves.

Do not waste another moment, because time never returns. What has happened has already happened — let it go. There is nothing to hold onto.

Fall in love with yourself.

Know that you are perfectly imperfect, and that imperfection itself is perfect. When awareness arises, everything begins to align exactly as it should.

Become a blank canvas, allowing magnificent experiences to paint themselves upon your being without clinging to them.

Love so deeply that the boundary between you and the other begins to dissolve — where your energy becomes so unique that no other signature in existence can replicate it.

My gift to you is awareness — to help you become more loving, more joyful, more connected to your inner being.

So that when death eventually knocks on your door, you can laugh and dance into the night, leaving this world with:

No regrets. No remorse. No hatred.

Only a life lived in LOVE.

Pharmacy for the Soul

— Osho

“Fall in love with yourself.”

“Experiment with this a little… Just sit under a tree alone and fall in love with your own self for the first time. Forget the world — just be in love with yourself.

The spiritual search is, in fact, the search for falling in love with oneself. The world is a journey of falling in love with others — spirituality is a journey of falling in love with one’s own self.

Spirituality is very selfish: it is the search for oneself, the search for the meaning of oneself. It is to rejoice in yourself; it is to have a taste of yourself.

And when this taste begins to arise within… wait a little, search a little. Feel your uniqueness. Delight in your own existence.

Because what would I have done had I not been born? How could I have complained, and to whom, if I had not been here?

You are in this existence! Even this fact — this much consciousness, this much awareness that ‘I AM,’ the very possibility of a glimpse into bliss — is enough to rejoice.

Let the taste of this soak into your every pore. Allow yourself to be swept away by the thrill of it all.

Start dancing if you feel like dancing. Start laughing if you feel like laughing. Start singing a song if you feel like singing a song.

But remember to remain the center of it all yourself — and let the springs of happiness flow from within, not from the outside.”
